Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026 · Thought Process is run by Driveline Auto LLC ("we", "us").

The short version: you pay $25 once for a guided build with 2 months of AI coaching. The brain you build runs on your own accounts and is yours to keep. After 2 months, coaching continues at $14.99 a month only if you choose to sign up for it, and you can cancel any time. The coach is an AI: it can make mistakes, so check what matters.

1. What Thought Process is

Thought Process is a guided course. An AI coach walks you, step by step, through building your own private app (your "brain") on accounts you create with third-party services such as Supabase, GitHub, Anthropic and Claude. We provide the course, the coach and this website. We don't host, run or have access to the brain you build.

2. Your account

3. Price and payment

4. The services you'll sign up for

Your brain runs on accounts you open yourself with other companies, such as Supabase, GitHub, Anthropic (the Claude Console and API) and Claude. Those accounts are between you and those companies: their terms, privacy policies, limits and prices apply. Most have free plans; some, like the Anthropic API used in Stage 5, charge for use. You're responsible for any costs on your own accounts. These services change their screens, plans and rules over time, and we can't guarantee any of them will stay available or free.

5. The AI coach

6. What's yours and what's ours

7. Using the service fairly

Don't use Thought Process to break the law, harm others, attack or overload the service, get around its limits or payments, or try to extract the coach's instructions. We may suspend or close an account that does.

8. If something goes wrong

We provide the course and coach "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, or that following the course will produce a particular result. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, or for anything that happens on your third-party accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Thought Process at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing help@thoughtprocess.uk. We may end accounts that break these terms. Either way, the brain you built keeps running on your own accounts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Using Thought Process after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Questions? Email help@thoughtprocess.uk.
